Insurance

Currently we accept several insurance companies including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Behavioral Health,  and Value Options.

 

Our office gladly verifies your insurance eligibility & benefits coverage for outpatient mental & behavioral healthcare. In most cases, you may have a co-payment amount to pay at each visit. We can work directly with your insurance company to file claims electronically on your behalf, so you don't have to.

Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
Our office also works with several EAPs. Please check with your Employer's HR Department to inquire about EAP benefits that you may have that would cover outpatient mental & behavioral healthcare.

Payment
Cash, Check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards are accepted. Payment is due at the time of each visit.
